Does the casino run around the clock?+
The main gaming floor runs from 14:00 to 04:00 each day. Private salons for high-stakes play can open earlier or stay open later by arrangement with your host — overnight private sessions are common on weekends. No membership card is needed for table play; chips may be bought and cashed at the cage whenever we are open.
Which ages may stay here?+
The estate is reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over, matching our gaming licence and the tone of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be asked for on arrival. Children are warmly received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange the booking and transfers between the two estates.
How does cancellation work?+
Bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations inside fourteen days are billed the first night; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Suites and villas on our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.
Do you host private events?+
Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda can be hired privately, seating from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a special delight for us; our events director will prepare a proposal within forty-eight hours of a first enquiry.
